A 3 man crew arrived at my parents home to assist them during a difficult period in their lives because they were moving out of their home after 36+ years. The movers were thoughtful to their emotional feelings and remained very professional during the move. These eased my parents feelings that their "worldly" possessions would be delivered unharmed to their new residence, which they were. Mr. Bennett, the owner, is a man of his word and remained within the limits of his quoted price. When my parents changed their mind about a dinning room table that required additional time, the movers understood and did NOT take advantage of them even though there may have been an opportunity to do so. Economovers did a great job. We had a small move yet they treated us like we were a million-dollar client. Both movers were super polite, friendly and very thorough. Every detail was covered, they would discuss how they would move the items in advance, they remembered to put everything back in the spot they found it yet they were so quick with the entire moving process. The best decision I ever made! Awesome personnel, awesome job accomplished without any problems! This moving company was selected from several researched because they had ZERO complaints against them since 1991, according to the Better Business Council and Better Business Bureaus. They told me upfront what my house move would cost, how long it would take, and how they would do it. They not only did it in LESS time, but also $250.00 under budget! In addition, there were no damages or losses and they set everything back up so that when they were done, all we had to do was pop the champagne. They refused to accept any deposit...said we could pay after everything was done. Absolutely the nicest movers we'd ever come into contact with...very polite, clean-cut, professional, and even fun.
